An operational tool that identifies risk clusters by sector, geographical area and stakeholder, based on thousands of actual due diligence investigations, not secondary sources.
Real intelligence. Verified data. Invisible risks that do not appear in public reports.
Every day, strategic decisions are made on the basis of incomplete analyses, documents of convenience or generic ratings. The reality is that many of the risks that truly affect suppliers, partners and supply chains cannot be seen from the outside, nor do they emerge from public databases.
The Insights section of Global Risk Intelligence was created to offer an unconventional but real view of the risks running through sectors, geographical areas and business relationships. At the heart of this work is our GRI Risk Map: a dynamic, confidential map built from thousands of due diligence investigations carried out by GRI over the last 5 years.
The GRI Map is based not on secondary sources but on analyses conducted directly in the field, in complex environments and opaque jurisdictions. This is why it provides concrete information on risk clusters by:
- sector (e.g. logistics, energy, manufacturing, tech)
- geographical region (sub-Saharan Africa, MENA,
- Southeast type of stakeholder (supplier, subcontractor, distributor, beneficial owner)
It is not simply a “country map”, but an operational tool for understanding where the real risks lie in your supply chain, which profiles are most exposed and which vulnerability factors recur most frequently in selection, control or investment processes.
The GRI Map is accessible only by direct request. It is not published online. It is not passed on to third parties. It is delivered exclusively to verified business contacts – on a basis of trust – and for operational, strategic or compliance purposes.
Receiving the GRI Map means:
- Knowing which regions or sectors are most exposed to fraud, corruption, compliance breaches or contractual instability
- Identifying patterns that recur by role in the supply chain (e.g. local agents, concealed beneficial owners, intermediary suppliers)
- Avoiding false positives and hidden reputational risks
- Having a tool based on real experience rather than standardized ratings
How to receive it
To receive the GRI Risk Map, a request must be sent through an official business contact. The GRI team will assess the intended recipient and, if appropriate, provide:
- An updated, concise version of the GRI Map (PDF)
- A confidential memorandum with reading guidelines and sector implications
- The option of a confidential briefing with one of our analysts, on request
The GRI Map is not distributed through public registration or automated web processes. It is a confidential tool, shared only with authorized users
